Services booked on weekends or public holidays incur an additional charge of $50.

Will I have the same cleaner every time?
For weekly and fortnightly services, we aim to provide the same cleaner or cleaning team each time. This consistency allows the cleaners to become familiar with your preferences and needs, leading to a more personalised service. However, for monthly services, the cleaner may vary as our Pros prefer to take on more regular jobs.
Why is it important to have the same cleaner for recurring services?
Having the same cleaner each time fosters a better understanding of your specific cleaning preferences and expectations, which enhances the efficiency and quality of the service. Yes, you can reschedule your service up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of the service, a fee of 50% of your total service amount will be charged, part of which compensates the cleaning team for the loss of work.

Rescheduling at the moment the team arrives is treated as an on-the-spot cancellation. In such cases, you authorize Squeaky Lemon to charge a fee equivalent to 100% of your Order or Service total amount.

To prevent cross-contamination among different households, especially those with pets, our cleaners do not provide vacuums and mops. This policy helps to avoid the transmission of viruses and bacteria from one home to another, as our cleaning teams service multiple homes each week.
